Medical certificate

Antakalnis Aviation Medical Centre performs initial and repeated medical checkups within one business day, unless additional tests are required because of the health condition. Initial examination takes on average 5 to 7 hours and repeated examination 1 to 3 hours.

                                                  Attention. From 2023.10.25 to 2023.11.02 the Aviation medical center will not work.

    First time registration (initial)?

    When the candidate's medical examination is performed for the first time, please provide:

    An identity document;
    A family doctor's statement with a detailed health history of previous illnesses or the results of examinations and tests carried out by medical specialists in the last 5 years;
    A certificate issued by a doctor or medical institution, confirming that the person has not had psychological disorders and has not suffered from mental illnesses;
    A certificate issued by a doctor or medical institution, confirming that the person has not been diagnosed with alcohol, psychotropic or narcotic addiction.

    For medical examination to renew certificate please provide:

    An identity document; Aviation specialist license; Previous health certificate.
